  1. To make this Southwest Breakfast Casserole

    Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 9x13" baking dish

    Fry the sausage in a large skillet until browned on all sides and fully cooked. Remove excess grease and set aside. In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard until fully combined. Stir in green chile. Pour frozen hash browns into baking dish, spreading them across evenly. Place layer of cooked sausage on top. Cover with desired amount of cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture over the other layers. Top with olives and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite salsa or avocado slices on top.
