If you've always wanted to learn How to Make Tiramisu, you've come to the right place. This easy recipe is so creamy and delicious. It's as close to the traditional Italian Tiramisu I learned to make in Florence, minus the use of raw eggs. (If you didn't know, classic Tiramisu has raw eggs in it.) To make this Tiramisu
Put heavy whipping cream in large mixing bowl and beat until frothy with electric hand mixer. Add in sugar and vanilla extract and continue to beat. Add in mascarpone cheese and continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Once it does, set whipped cream and mascarpone mixture aside. In a small bowl that accommodates the size of a lady finger, mix together the strong coffee and brandy. Then quickly dip lady fingers one at a time and place them along the bottom of a 9"x9" dish. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top, fully covering the lady fingers. Then dip the remaining lady fingers one at a time, adding a second layer to the dish. Finish by topping with the remaining mascarpone mixture. Finally, use a sieve to sprinkle with enough cocoa powder to cover the top of the entire dish. Place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours to allow it to set. Enjoy!
