Taco Salad
This super delicious, easy Taco Salad recipe is perfect for Taco Tuesday, or when it's really hot outside and you just don't feel like heating up your kitchen. It's tasty and filling and is complimented by a creamy sour cream and chile dressing that adds just the right amount of spice. It's all the deliciousness of tacos - with ground beef, black beans, avocados, & cheddar cheese - and is certain to be a hit with your family.

To make this taco salad
Cook ground beef with the same seasonings you use when making taco meat. (I like cumin, garlic powder, & chili powder) Set aside while putting together salad.
In large bowl, layer lettuce, black beans, tomato, onion, & cheese. Mix in cooked ground beef. Top with crumbled tortilla chips of your choice.
For dressing, Mix together 2 parts sour cream to 1 part mayonnaise..and add in about 1 - 2 teaspoons chile powder. Mix well. Should turn into a light pink color. Drizzle over salad and enjoy.
