Raspberry Scones
If you love scones and are looking for the absolute easiest way to make raspberry scones, then you've come to the right place. This recipe is so easy and delicious, and you can even substitute the raspberries for whatever fruit you happen to have (fresh or frozen).

To make these scones
Whisk together all dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture using pastry blender. Combine milk and vanilla in small bowl, then add to flour mixture. Stir to form dough. Add raspberries and gently knead evenly into mixture. Take half of the dough and place on well-floured surface and shape into a disk (flat round circle). Cut dough into 5 or 6 triangle wedges. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle generously with coarse sugar. Do the same for the other half of the dough. Bake 18-20 minutes in 400º oven.
*You can substitute any kind of fruit for the raspberries.
