To make Potatoes with Green Chile
Fry potatoes on medium heat until tender. Add 3 1/2 cups water; bring to a boil. Add all other ingredients, simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid is slightly thickened. Serve with tortillas or crackers. Makes 6 servings.
