When I say this is the Easiest, Most Delicious Chicken Salad Sandwich Ever, I may not be able to prove it, but every time I make it, my family and friends go on and on about how delicious it is, and I always respond, "It's the easiest thing to make!" So, as the temperatures starts to climb and you don't feel like cooking over a hot stove, make this chicken salad sandwich and tell me if you don't agree with the title. When you bite into the red seedless grapes you get a crisp & juicy pop of sweetness that screams summer. But keep in mind you can easily swap them out for dried cranberries and still enjoy this sandwich in the winter.

This really isn't a recipe, per se, because it's completely customizable to your liking. Just mix all the chicken salad ingredients in a bowl, making sure there's plenty of mayonnaise so that the sandwich isn't dry. Then spoon it onto a croissant to build your sandwich.
