Classic Tuna Melt
Who doesn't love a good Tuna Melt Sandwich? If you're pressed for time, it's the easiest, most satisfying thing you can make; which is what makes it a Classic. You really don't need a recipe for this, but if you're interested in knowing what I put in mine, I'll go ahead and list the ingredients below.

Mix together all ingredients for tuna filling. Place between two slices of bread, adding sliced cheese of your choice. When it comes time to grill your sandwich, spread either softened butter or mayonnaise on the outer sides of the bread and that gives it that perfectly toasted/golden quality. I also like putting a lid over the sandwich when it's being grilled. That helps the cheese melt and ensures the tuna mixture is warmed all the way through.
