Brussels Sprouts Salad
This Brussels Sprouts Salad is not only healthy and delicious, it's so easy to make. It's the perfect side dish to take to a BBQ or potluck, or better yet, just have on hand at home to help you eat better. It's made with raw brussels sprouts, apples, dried cranberries, shallots, and goat cheese, and it has a fresh lightly sweet/tangy dressing.

To make salad
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
In separate small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together until fully combined and pour over salad. Chill and let salad soak up dressing for a minimum of 30 minutes for best results.
