There’s an unmistakable scent that is both enchanting and sums up New Mexico perfectly, and that is the scent of green chile being roasted. For those who grew up in this state, it’s an aroma we enjoy during the months of August and September. It wraps you in a warm hug and says “you’re home,” and “life is good!” Inspired by that, we developed this Chile Lover’s Gift Set. It includes a hand-poured, 100% natural soy wax candle made with actual Hatch, New Mexico green chile. The scent of that chile comes through lightly, like a sweet memory, with citrus and musky undertones. Each candle is accompanied by two small, chile-molded hand soaps made from jojoba oils that lather nicely and leave the skin feeling soft and moisturized. Both the soaps and the candles are handmade with the utmost care and attention to detail, as part of a collaboration between Wolf & Ruby Gems and marcy inspired.
