Instructions

  1. To make these Monte Cristo Sliders

Preheat oven to 325º & line a 9x13” baking dish with aluminum foil.

Slice Hawaiian rolls down the middle, horizontally, being careful to keep all the rolls connected. Place bottom half of the rolls onto prepared baking dish, and top with a layer of ham, a layer of turkey, and a layer of Swiss cheese.

In small bowl, whisk together melted butter, egg, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour half of the sauce over the Swiss cheese. Cover sandwich with top half of Hawaiian rolls. Then pour remaining sauce over the top and along the sides of the sliders.

Bake for 30 minutes until top is golden. Remove from oven and holding on to the sided of the aluminum foil, carefully transfer sliders onto cutting board. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Dust tops with powdered sugar and serve with Raspberry Chipotle Jam.

For Raspberry Chipotle Jam, combine approximately 1/2 cup of raspberry preserves with one to two finely minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Start with one pepper, taste, and add more to your liking.
