Creamy Lemon Garlic Ravioli

When life gives me lemons, I like to make Creamy Lemon Garlic Ravioli. Truly, it's one of my favorite pasta dishes and it's so easy to make, you can have dinner ready in 15 minutes. Just keep in mind this delicious creamy sauce can be poured over any type of pasta, I just happen to like it most on ravioli.

  1. To make Creamy Lemon Garlic Raviolis

    Cook pasta according to directions on package. Meantime, coat bottom of large skillet with olive oil and place over burner at medium high heat. Add minced garlic along with almost all of the lemon zest (set some aside for garnish) and stir quickly. Then immediately pour in heavy whipping cream and stir until well combined. Add lemon juice, salt and parmesan cheese and continue to stir. Add cooked and drained pasta to the cream sauce, along with some chopped fresh parsley and let cook a few minutes more. Remove from stove and serve while hot. Garnish with additional lemon zest, chopped parsley, and parmesan cheese.
