Green Chile Chicken Chowder
On a cold day, there's nothing like cozying up to a bowl of this delicious Green Chile Chicken Chowder. Made with Hatch green chile, chicken and corn, it's positively scrumptious.

Heat a large saucepan on the stovetop over medium high heat and melt butter in it. Add in chicken, milk, condensed cream of chicken, and corn. Mix to combine, then reduce heat to medium low and let simmer 15 minutes. Add in Hatch green chile and salsa. Stir and continue to let it simmer 5-6 minutes. Add in sugar, flour, salt, and pepper and stir until fully blended in. Let it cook an additional 5 minutes. Remove from burner and serve while hot. Optional: Garnish with shredded cheese, tortilla chips and/or green onion and enjoy!
