Creamy Avocado Jalapeño Ranch Dressing

This dressing is the perfect topping for your favorite salad, but it also goes great on everything. Use it as a dip, pour it over a burrito bowl, use it in your tacos, and the list goes on. It's super flavorful with a little spicy kick, and it's easy to make.

Ingredients

2 medium ripe avocados
1 jalapeño (stem & seeds removed)
1 cup buttermilk
¹⁄₄ cup mayonnaise
¹⁄₄ cup white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1-2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice ((you can use more for runnier dressing))
¹⁄₂ tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. salt
¹⁄₂ tsp. black pepper

Instructions

Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and pureé until you have a smooth dressing. If you like your dressing more runny, add more lime juice. If you like it thicker, add more avocado or sour cream. It's that simple, and oh so delicious! Hope you enjoy it.
