Preheat oven to 450º In large bowl, mix together cauliflower, cheese and eggs until fully combined. Place cauliflower & cheese mixture onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten with hands or spatula to form a thin pizza crust. Bake for 15 minutes until crust is golden brown. Add pizza sauce, more shredded mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings onto crust and return to oven for a 5-7 minutes, until all ingredients are melted to your liking and enjoy!
