Delicious, flavorful, and cooked to perfection in 90 minutes.

Ingredients

1 lb. dried pinto beans (sorted & rinsed clean)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. beef bouillon
2 slices salt pork or bacon (cut in pieces)
8 cups water

Instructions

Put dried beans in Instant Pot. Add salt, seasonings, salt pork and water. Use “Manual” setting for 90 minutes of pressure. Allow pressure to naturally release, approximately 30-40 minutes. Add more salt if needed to taste. ENJOY!!
