This homemade pork chorizo is bold, spicy, and super flavorful.

Ingredients
  • 1 - 2 lbs. pork sausage
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 3 - 5 Tbsp. New Mexico red chile powder
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup crushed red chile flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. Mexican oregano
  • 3 dashes ground cumin

    To make this homemade chorizo

    Mix all of the above and refrigerate for 24 hours in a sealed glass container, or wrapped in plastic. You can also freeze for future use.
