Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove pit (save one pit for later), and spoon avocado into medium size bowl. Mash avocado with fork and set aside. Dice tomato, onion, and jalapeño and mix in to mashed avocados. Season with garlic salt. Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon. Mix well. Add one pit back into guacamole. The pit will help keep the avocado from turning brown. Enjoy!
